By becoming a member of the Preferred List Depositor Program, you will be given a number on the preferred list. When all available spots on the Preferred List have been filled, you will be called to make your selection from our limited 18 Terrace Homes. Spots are limited and it is a first come and first serve for members of the Preferred List Depositor Program to choose their Terrace Home. Preferred List Depositor Program members will be called in the order of their priority seat number to select from the 18 available terrace homes in Northwood Gardens III.
