Located on a rural 20 acre setting, our apartment homes include wall-to-wall carpeting and well-equipped kitchens with energy efficient appliances.
Our Supportive Services Coordinator is available to help residents with applications for food assistance, prescription assistance, and other entitlement applications as well as provide planning support for community social activities. Hawk's Nest
Applications can be submitted via mail to Hawk's Nest, 827 Wisteria Commons, Cresco, PA 18326. All applications are required to have an original ink signature.
All applicant household members must be at least 62 years of age or older to submit an application. Applicants should be prepared to provide the amount of all gross yearly income (before taxes) and asset information. Assets include but are not limited to real estate value, checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, annuities, etc. Applications must be completed in full with current income and asset information and must be dated and signed or they will not be accepted. No application fee is collected with the waiting list application but will be required at a later date.
