Wesley House offers older adults quality, affordable living for those 55 and over in a professionally managed rental community with comfortable and well-equipped one- and two-bedroom apartment homes located on the campus of Quincy Village, a Life Plan Community.
Located in Waynesboro, Franklin County, the three story apartment building includes 27 one-bedroom and 9 two-bedroom rental apartments for seniors. The apartment floor plans range from 626 to 885 square feet. The campus is wheelchair accessible, pet-friendly and tobacco-free. Accommodations for hearing and/or vision-impaired residents are also available.
Our on-site Resident Services Coordinator is available to help residents with applications for food assistance, prescription assistance, and other entitlement applications as well as provide planning support for community social activities. Being a resident of a Presbyterian Senior Living Affordable Senior Housing community does not guarantee admittance into any of Presbyterian Senior Living's Supportive Care Communities; however, every effort will be made to accommodate the needs of our residents in a timely manner.

Wesley House
Applications can be submitted via mail to Wesley House, 6575 Orphanage Road, Waynesboro, PA 17268. All applications are required to have an original ink signature.
All applicant household members must be at least 55 years of age or older to submit an application. Applicants should be prepared to provide the amount of all gross yearly income (before taxes) and asset information. Assets include but are not limited to real estate value, checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, annuities, etc. Applications must be completed in full with current income and asset information and must be dated and signed or they will not be accepted. No application fee is collected with the waiting list application but will be required at a later date.
