Though income limits do apply, all of our affordable senior living apartments are designed to support your desires and decisions. We offer an impressive list of features and amenities such as wall-to-wall carpeting and a fully-equipped kitchen and invite you to view samples of our floor plans.

Silver Spring Gardens
Applications can be submitted via mail to Silver Spring Gardens, 66 Ashburg Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. All applications are required to have an original ink signature.
All applicant household members must be at least 62 years of age or older to submit an application. Applicants should be prepared to provide the amount of all gross yearly income (before taxes) and asset information. Assets include but are not limited to real estate value, checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, annuities, etc. Applications must be completed in full with current income and asset information and must be dated and signed or they will not be accepted. No application fee is collected with the waiting list application but will be required at a later date.
