In order to provide you with a comfortable style of living, our senior rental apartments include building and appliance maintenance, common area housekeeping, snow removal, landscaping and grounds maintenance. Monthly Rents* are based on a one year lease and renewed annually:

$1,005 plus utilities**
Two Bedroom (approx. 1,100 sq. ft)
$1,200 plus utilities**
*No extra fee for spouse **Residents are responsible for heat, electric, gas, cable TV and telephone
In addition, there is a $50 non-refundable application fee and a one-month’s rent security deposit prior to occupancy
What utilities are included in the monthly fee?

Each apartment includes refrigerator with ice maker, electric glass top range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and stackable washer and dryer.
