Our Memory Care services provide specialized care and therapy to those with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of memory impairment.
The Long Community also provides a Supportive Service program which includes on-site supportive service coordination, enabling residents to age-in-place by providing them with opportunities to maintain social networks, transportation services and health/wellness education.
