Career Progression for Clinical Team Members

PSL is committed to helping clinical team members, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), progress in their careers. Many of our dedicated caregivers aspire to become Registered Nurses (RNs) or advance further with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) to pursue leadership roles. • LPNs and CNAs: Team members currently working as LPNs can enroll in RN bridge programs, such as the RN to BSN programs offered by Harrisburg University and York College. These programs provide a flexible and structured pathway to becoming a registered nurse.
