Presbyterian Senior Living Receives 2019 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight
We are proud to announce that twelve of our communities are recipients of the Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience AwardTM. Qualifying in multiple categories, Presbyterian Senior Living displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.
Jim Bernardo, acting CEO of Presbyterian Senior Living states that, “receiving these awards, which are a result of direct feedback of those we serve, is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of all PSL staff members. Providing extraordinary service to the residents we serve always has, and will continue to be our number one priority."
Throughout its 91year history of serving the community, Presbyterian Senior Living has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2018, a sampling of Presbyterian Senior Living’s residents and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate their community in specific categories.
Every month, Presbyterian Senior Living has gathered its real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of the resident’s needs and make improvements when necessary.
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, Presbyterian Senior Living has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each resident’s experience.
