Submit your references in a timely manner and follow-up with your references directly to ensure they have received the request email and have submitted their feedback. References are a required onboarding step.
Required for employment: Bring documentation on your first day of employment for Form I-9. See I-9 Acceptable Documents for a listing of acceptable forms of identification. Identification selected cannot be expired.
Remember to bring your banking account information (account & routing number) on your first day to set up your direct deposit in 'My HR'. Your paycheck could be delayed without this information.
Additional Pay Resources:
An employment physical and tuberculosis test are requirements as part of the onboarding process. Community HR will guide you through these during the pre-employment stage by providing necessary documents and scheduling appointments.
A copy of your license or certification is required as part of the onboarding process for specific positions. Your Hiring Manager and onboarding paperwork will indicate if this is required.

Paid time off from work is offered to full time and part time employees. This valuable time is necessary for employees and can be used for illness, personal matters and rest and relaxation. Annual Leave (AL) time is provided to full-time and part-time employees. Paid Time Off (PTO) is provided to Senior Employees.
