Presbyterian Senior Living and Benchmark Therapies are pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Luberski as the new CEO of Benchmark Therapies.
Ed is a physical therapist with over 20 years of management experience in the skilled nursing and senior living sector. Ed comes to us with a wealth of experience, a proven track record of success, and a vision that aligns seamlessly with the mission, values and culture that defines Benchmark Therapies. He has managed therapy services and delivery at Life Plan Communities, and skilled nursing facilities across the United States.
With a fresh perspective, innovative ideas, a commitment to excellence and a proven track record of leadership, Ed will undoubtedly inspire and guide the team to unprecedented achievements. His vision and strategic acumen align seamlessly with the company's values, and we are confident that his leadership will invigorate the organization. Along with the hiring of Ed Luberski as CEO, Jennifer Mulraney has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in managing rehabilitation programs within the acute and post-acute healthcare industry. As COO, she will oversee the organization’s clinical operations, clinical growth, outcomes, customer service, compliance, and financial operations, while focusing on innovative partnerships to maximize healthcare operations and success.
Jennifer has served Benchmark Therapies in multiple positions since 2011, including Vice President of Therapy Operations, Director of Compliance, Therapy Program Manager and most recently at Interim CEO. She is a member of The National Association of Rehab Providers and Agencies (NARA) and The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
