Since becoming part of the Presbyterian Senior Living network of distinctive communities in 1972, the staff of Westminster Village at Allentown has strived to provide quality senior housing, a full continuum of care and adult day services to the Lehigh Valley. Additionally, Heritage Run at Stadium place has served independent living older adults in the Baltimore area since 2014.
This letter is to make you aware that today we are announcing the sale of Westminster Village at Allentown and Heritage Run at Stadium Place to Tryko Partners. This decision was one made after an extensive evaluation and careful consideration by PSL Leadership and the Board of Trustees. PSL wishes to continue operating the Adult Day program and is currently in discussions with Tryko Partners regarding the space.
Tryko Partners presently owns and operates a skilled nursing portfolio that currently consists of 36 facilities and more than 5,000 beds, as well as close to 7,000 multifamily and senior housing apartment units throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Tryko Partners is committed to seeing that the residents of Westminster Village at Allentown and Heritage Run at Stadium Place will continue to receive high-quality senior living services and care under their ownership.
We appreciate the trust you and your families have placed in the dedicated staff over the last forty-nine years. Westminster Village at Allentown and Heritage Run at Stadium Place has truly been communities where the PSL mission, vision, and values have thrived. We are honored you chose Westminster Village at Allentown or Heritage Run at Stadium Place as your home.
As part of the purchase agreement, Tryko Partners will honor the contracts of current residents. Staff and resident meetings will be held to answer questions and discuss opportunities for employment and continued residency with both PSL and Tryko Partners. Please see below for the meeting schedule:

- Resident meetings will be held on Thursday, June 10th at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the Commons Dining Room
- Family meetings will be held on Thursday, June 10th at 12 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the Commons Dining Room
Heritage Run at Stadium Place:

- Resident meetings will be held on Tuesday, June 15th at 1:00 p.m.
- Staff meeting will be held onTuesday, June 15th at 12:30 p.m.
