Presbyterian Senior Living (PSL), a leading non-profit provider of senior care and services, today announced the completed sale of Windy Hill Village, located in Philipsburg, Centre County, to Continuum Healthcare, Inc.. The sale, which includes the Health Center, Personal Care, and Cottage components of the community, is effective immediately.

"This decision was made with the best interests of the residents we serve and team members in mind. We are confident that Continuum Healthcare, Inc. will continue to provide the exceptional care and services that the Windy Hill Village community has come to expect."
Key points regarding the sale:
- The sale of Windy Hill Village to Continuum Healthcare, Inc. is effective October 31, 2024.
- The sale includes Windy Hill Village Health Center, Personal Care, and Cottages.
- PSL will work closely with Continuum Healthcare, Inc. to ensure a smooth transition for residents, families, and team members.
- PSL will retain management and operation of Westminster Place at Windy Hill Village, affordable apartments for seniors.
