Key Promotions Strengthen PSL Leadership Team
Presbyterian Senior Living has announced two key promotions within its executive leadership team. With a focus on innovation and growth, these promotions represent PSL's commitment to adapting and thriving in an increasingly complex senior care landscape.
New Roles for Seasoned Leaders
Effective immediately, the following long-standing executives will transition to new roles:
- Dyan McAlister steps into the position of Chief Finance and Strategy Officer
- Dan Krieger assumes the role of Chief Business Integration and Compliance Officer
A Strategic Mind at the Financial Helm
Dyan's journey with PSL is a testament to the organization's commitment to nurturing talent from within. Starting as an accounting manager in 1998, Dyan steadily climbed the ranks, leading to her appointment as CFO in 2020. Her new role as Chief Finance and Strategy Officer marks a significant expansion of her responsibilities.
PSL's President and CEO, Dan Davis, highlighted Dyan's unique ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans. "Dyan's work on the new strategic plan has demonstrated her keen ability to take complex strategies and present them in a manner that will allow for key stakeholders to work together to achieve our desired future," Davis remarked.
Dyan's academic pursuits mirror her professional growth. A graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, she is currently furthering her expertise with a master's degree in strategic management at Penn State.
Integrating Business and Compliance
Dan's promotion to Chief Business Integration and Compliance Officer comes with a mandate to lead PSL into new territories of partnership and technological advancement. In his new capacity, he will spearhead the negotiation and implementation of strategic partnerships and emerging technologies aimed at enhancing PSL's service capabilities.
Dan joined PSL in 2007 as the Executive Director at Windy Hill Village and has progressively taken on new roles and responsibilities. In addition, he brings a wealth of experience from his prior roles in the medical device industry and as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
CEO Davis praised Dan's contributions, stating, "Dan's work and contributions over the past several years in positioning PSL as a trusted partner with multiple organizations, as well as his capacity to deliver on-time real results, demonstrates his commitment to PSL's strategic goals."
In his new capacity, Dan will spearhead the negotiation and implementation of strategic partnerships and emerging technologies aimed at enhancing PSL's service capabilities.
