Presbyterian Senior Living announced the appointment of Bethanie Constant, CFRE, as Vice President of Resource Development. With 20 years of fundraising and leadership experience, she brings extensive expertise in philanthropy, strategic planning, and donor relationship management to this important role.
As a key member of PSL's leadership team, Bethanie will play a vital role in advancing the organization's philanthropic initiatives. Her proven track record in building successful fundraising programs and fostering meaningful donor relationships will be instrumental as the organization focuses on creating sustainable funding strategies that support quality care and services for older adults.
Prior to joining PSL, Bethanie served as Vice President of Mission Advancement at Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge, where she developed the organization's first comprehensive Development Strategic Work Plan and successfully raised $3M through annual funds, major gifts, and planned giving initiatives. Her leadership improved donor engagement and strengthened alignment between fundraising efforts and organizational goals.
Bethanie is currently pursuing her M.S. in Gerontology at Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Lander University. She maintains her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential and has completed specialized training through the University of Richmond's Institute on Philanthropy Leadership Lab.
In her role, Bethanie will provide strategic leadership to PSL's Resource Development team while overseeing the creation of comprehensive fundraising frameworks that connect philanthropic initiatives with the organization's mission. This integrated approach will strengthen PSL's donor partnerships, enhance supporter engagement, and drive the implementation of innovative funding solutions that align with PSL's commitment to being the trusted leader in aging services.
