With over three decades of healthcare leadership experience, Chris brings extensive expertise in strategic innovation, brand development, and customer experience design to this pivotal role.
As a key member of PSL's executive leadership team, Chris will play a vital role in establishing PSL as the Provider of Choice. Her proven track record in strategic innovation and customer experience design will be instrumental as the organization focuses on delivering excellence in service quality, strengthening comprehensive customer engagement, and leveraging technology to differentiate its offerings in the market.
Prior to joining PSL, Chris served as Executive Vice President/COO of Redeemer Health's Life Care Division, where she successfully led seven residential communities and implemented comprehensive operational improvements resulting in enhanced operating results and increased occupancy rates. As Chief Experience Officer at Redeemer Health, she pioneered the Experience University program and created transformative onboarding experiences that significantly improved customer satisfaction scores.
Chris holds dual master's degrees from Temple University - an MBA in Health Care Administration and a Master of Science in Health Care Finance, both achieved with Cum Laude honors. She also earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Finance from Saint Joseph's University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
In her role, Chris will provide strategic leadership to PSL's Sales and Marketing teams while overseeing the development of brand positioning and organizational communication strategy. This unified approach will strengthen the organization's market presence, enhance customer relationships, and drive the implementation of innovative solutions that align with PSL's commitment to excellence in service delivery.
