With over 28 years of IT experience, Greg Day brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the PSL Leadership Team and his role as Vice President of Technology.
Greg's journey through the technology landscape has been marked by a consistent philosophy: technology should serve people, not the other way around.
Career Journey
Greg's impressive career spans multiple leadership roles in higher education. Before joining our team, he served as the Chief Information Officer / Chief Information Security Officer of Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, WV. At Shepherd, he transformed the campus technology experience through thoughtful evaluation, strategic upgrades, and seamless integration of systems.
Previously, Greg was the Director of Technology/Infrastructure and CISO at Shippensburg University. He also shared his knowledge as an adjunct faculty member for 16 years, teaching Computer Science and Business Information Systems.
Education and Expertise
Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Communications from Shippensburg University. He pursued doctoral studies and earned an Education Specialist (EdS) degree in Educational Technology from Walden University.
His technical expertise includes:

- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deployment
- Microsoft 365 migration
- VOIP phone system transitions
- IT risk assessment
- Technology infrastructure management
