Windy Hill Village Changes Ownership

We are pleased to announce that Presbyterian Senior Living has sold Windy Hill Village, a Life Plan Community, to Continuum Healthcare, Inc. Continuum Healthcare has established an operating company known as Philipsburg SNF Opco LLC which will be involved in managing the facility.

Although the Life Plan Community as you know it has been sold, Presbyterian Senior Living is retaining the ownership of the affordable housing apartments, Westminster Place at Windy Hill Village, and will continue operating at its other locations in Pennsylvania. Westminster Place
at Windy Hill Village

Located on the campus of the formerly known Windy Hill Village, Westminster Place offers affordable apartments for seniors. Our North building is for 55+ and our South building is for 62+.
